Please submit your request no later than 7 days before your flight.

You will receive your confirmation for arrival and departure via email. Should you wish to make changes or cancel your transportation it's your responsibility to do so directly with us through the email provided here.

The regular sedan cars are not being available for airport transfers by law in Cancun.

ARRIVAL PICK UP INFORMATION

Once you have passed Customs, walk through the hallway all the way to the exit ( Do not stop at time share or tour information booths), where you will see Maritur staff, wearing RED SHIRTS and BEIGE PANTS, holding a sign with your name and the ICANN logo. After locating Maritur staff, you will be escorted to your scheduled means of transportation and transferred to your hotel.


DEPARTURE

Your transportation will be ready at your hotel Lobby at your confirmed pick up time.

TRANSPORTATION DETAILS

You will receive a confirmation letter from one of our representatives that will include your flight information and departure pick-up.

  • Arrivals: Our Maritur staff wearing RED shirt with beige pants will be waiting for you outside the International Airport arrival gate with the ICANN logo. Our staff will assist passengers boarding their transportation.

  • Departure: Our Transportation will be ready at your Hotel Lobby at your confirmed pick up time.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR ALL SERVICES:
  • Any cancellation received 36 hours in advance, no penalty charge will apply.
  • Any cancellation received less than 36 hours will be cancelled and subject to the daily operation to apply or not penalty charges
  • No Shows 100% penalty charge will apply.
IMPORTANT REMARKS:
  • Our private transportation services have a waiting period of 30 minutes on arrivals and 15 minutes on departures. Additional waiting time will be automatically charged as an open service mode if the client authorize it.
  • Tips are not included , they are optional and at the discretion of the customer.
