We will be providing ground transportation from Cancun International Airport to NIZUC RESORT & SPA for guest attending the Britecore
IMPORTANT: ARRIVAL CANCUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Before landing, be sure to have the FMM Immigration form filled out, it is one per person. Take your time to fill it out, it will serve as a “Tourist Card” during your stay in Mexico. Please keep it in a safe place and do not lose it, because if you do, you will have to go to the Immigration Authorities at the airport to get a replacement, thus delaying your departure procedures. Upon your departure return the “Tourist Card” to your airline clerk so that Mexican Immigration can have record of it.
Once you arrive into the Cancun Airport, you will clear Mexican Immigration using your passport, and your FMM Immigration form. Then, proceed to the luggage carousel, secure your bags and head for the Customs official. While on your flight into Mexico, you will be given a Mexican Customs form to complete. The Customs Official will take this form from you, but you will also be asked to push a button at the "traffic light" where he or she will be standing. Only one per party will be asked to push the button. If it goes green, you will be permitted to exit the airport. If it goes red, you are subject to questioning and an inspection of your luggage (this is a routine inspection that should take a few minutes) It's the luck of the draw, so don't feel alone if it turns red!
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT, AT TERMINAL 3 (T3) THERE ARE NO SKYCAPS; HOWEVER, YOU CAN USE ANY OF THE AVAILABLE KARTS, WHICH ARE COMPLIMENTARY, TO CARRY YOUR LUGGAGE ALL THE WAY TO YOUR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT, AT THIS TERMINAL (T4) THERE ARE NO SKYCAPS. HOWEVER YOU CAN USE ANY OF THE AVAILABLE KARTS TO CARRY YOUR LUGGAGE ALL THE WAY TO YOUR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE.
Having completed this exercise, walk through the hall way all he way to the exit, where you will see Maritur staff, wearing RED SHIRTS and BEIGE PANTS, holding a sign with your BriteCore Logo and your Last Name. After locating Maritur staff, you will be escorted to your scheduled means of transportation and transferred to your hotel.
Note: Do not stop and talk to any “time share” , taxi or any other person trying to sell you transfers. ONLY MARITUR STAFF. (see map below)
Locate Maritur Staff located outside the terminal exits
Bilingual Maritur representative will check guests off of the official manifest
Separate Maritur staff member will escort guests and luggage to their vehicle for transportation
Driver will great The Group guests with scented towels and bottled water
Once guests are situated and luggage stowed, they will depart for Hotel
Maritur rep/staff will setup a Whatsapp thread to keep Group & Hotel staff aware of departure form airport and arrival to Hotel main gate.arrow_backBack
- ARRIVAL: Our Maritur staff wearing red shirts with beige pants will be waiting to greet you right outside the International arrival gate with a welcome sign, clearly indicating the name of your group. Our staff will assist passengers boarding their transportation.
- DEPARTURE: Our Transportation will be ready at the NIZUC RESORT & SPA at your confirmed pick up time.
